No, they got most of the reps out of retail. My guess is they are going to take commission completely away by next year and let the rest of the reps quit. They don’t need more than 5 reps a store now. Layoffs are a thing of the past. It costs a lot and if they can get reps to quit instead, why not?
After they just hired over 900 in care, what do you think?
I think it's pretty obvious that they are trying as hard as they can to sweat reps with tenure out. I advise hold on for the good or better package.
That would seem to be far fetched with all of the WFH hiring the past several months. Im hoping for VSP for Solution Specialists. There
would be hundreds that would take it at this point. Maybe into the next year.
