It’s been a long time since my first day at ExxonMobil. Does anyone know what exactly a new employee signs? Mandatory arbitration? Noncompete clauses?

Only signed an Intellectual Property Agreement when I joined URC.
Maybe there was more paperwork but I can’t remember - it was so long ago.
I assume they would give us copies of our contracts when/if they “right size” us so we can know what’s what. No?
for sure non compete not sure the duration specified however

Same as any other large employer in the US. There isn’t anything notable.
