Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

What are the content moderation policies here?

I keep seeing interesting threads that disappear. I know Cisco watches this site like a hawk, and I assume they object to certain themes, but any idea what the boundaries are?

Is it wrong to ask what happened to all the $700 billion and tax break that tech companies got during last 3 years ?. Companies did not invest in employees but gave dividends and did stock buy back to inflate the stock price.

Site admins remove posts that violate their rules. This includes foul language, employee personal info or other types of identification, threats, trolling, politics, race, religion, nationality... I'm sure there's more. Check their rules, they're on the front page somewhere.

Who controls the threads related to cisco topic/layoffs here ? Third party or cisco ? Just curious. Anything criticism related to upper management is deleted within no time.
