That's why you only see about 100 jobs posted for overseas. A far cry from the, 9000 eliminated positions (probably more if you include all the contractors and pips).
Therefore, it's misleading to say "your jobs are being off-shored." This is a long-overdue right-sizing exercise, accelerated by the world-wide lock-down crisis. Yes, some jobs are being off-shored (or as exxon likes to call it "job migration" lol), but that number is small percentage of the cuts.
