Called HR and was told that we should expect our Severance pay within 60 days after termination. They also said it can come within days after your termination date. This is ridiculous on how Allstate makes employees work 60 days just to wait this long for a payment. So inconsistent!! How are we suppose to pay bills and take care of our families, especially if we’re denied unemployment?

My last day was 10/30/20 and I received my severance direct deposited today
