Thread regarding Hertz layoffs

I want my raise

Screw $500. I don't get all those employees who are cheering that they got a bonus. It would have been better to get a freaking raise. How can anyone be satisfied with it? This is such a sad way to keep the masses happy with breadcrumbs while those on top fill their pockets with millions.

Stop complaining about raises, at least you are working. Those funds and bonus should go toward paying severance pay us laidoff employees deserve, we are the ones struggling having to pay huge premiums for health insurance while unemployment barely pays monthly bills. Think before you cry poor you!

Hertz is like a toxic girlfriend we don't want to leave.

They are feeding the sheeps.
If we were strong enough we wouldn't have the mediocre management we have.
We all have our part of responsibility for accepting working in a poor company.
Let's stop hoping Hertz will improve. It won't.
Either we accept working in this lame company or we should leave.
It doesn't mean we shouldn't share our feelings but I think we should be aware of the situation deep inside us.
And I know that there are competant employees, many.
The best employees should leave as the management is feeding its greed on their back. While the performers get the crumbs.
I tell you, my fellow employees, we should look elsewhere and grow and invest our time in a positive, healthy and fairly rewarding company.
We are better than them.
Their are liars, corrupted at heart.
All the laid off colleagues that moved forward told me how good it is to get out of Hertz.

Big Bob has a large appetite for cash. There isn't much left after he's been at the trough.
