MXvoice is the only reason we didn't SuperMax. The main complaints are out of stocks. Do we really have control over that? The nature of people to submit an MXvoice is to complain only. A HUGE majority will not take time out of their day to do this just to give a compliment for us simply doing our job. Real fair.
I didn't think they were counting mxvoice toward our bonus right now. I thought it didn't even factor into it. It hasn't the past few I don't think.

Our sales are skyrocketing, however our manager told me that MX Voices is not doing us any favors. I think it is very unfair that this company would use pathetic remarks expressed by members who are mad because we are out of wipes and T.P. I have never experienced such awful members since the pandemic hit. What really gets me is when they complain about people in the store without a mask. Corporate grow a pair and require mask be worn. If they do not, then they need to asked to leave. We are putting our lives in harms way everyday. Do what is right for all associates.

With the numbers spiking, the company should be paying us more just to show up to work. People on hording toilet paper and paper towels here in California again. This is only going to get worse.
