I'd like to just take this moment and call out the worst HR 'Executive' that has ever been employed at the company tower. In this instance, if not so obvious already, it would be the little dudd himself. Mr. No personality with no competence. Just sits all day on his laptop delegating his puppets, complaining about millennials, waiting patiently for lunch so he can escape with his 'BFF'. Skipping out the tower holding hands.....so cute lol.

I don't agree with the comment with regard to HR in the UK. This team has individually worked many hours unpaid overtime, time away from their families. They treat people with respect and look to ensure fairness. This has been a really challenging time for everyone involved. Unfortunately people have lost their jobs last year and we hope that things work out for them soon. Stay safe everyone.
I have been around a lot of HR professionals and dodgeball isn’t one. He is follow the leader and yes man at best. Very little talent and zero leadership.

Yes HR is there to really protect the company more than anything. However, when you have a complete useless teet like the Dodge dwarf then the employee is completely screwed. That piece OS does nothing to better the company, the employee & definitely not his pathetic WEAK self. If you ever need him, he is not available...normally hiding (or not) under his Canadian desk.
The misconception is employees think that HR departments are there for their benefit. However it's main function is to protect the company from the employees.
