I submitted my profile to that even though I no longer work for the company. All I get is emails saying they matched my profile to the following jobs which are all out of the country like in China and India, ( I live in Phoenix Az) and also do not match my profile at all. I am an electrical engineer in electronics , but they list for me software engineers and mechanical engineer jobs. Anyone try TalentCommunity ?

I haven't tried that website but you could try Raytheon Tech in Tucson. Definitely, a much better company because Honeywell treats employees like sh–. Sorry for being blunt. Used to work for that and it was the biggest mistake of my career. Never again!
Look, if you don't have a job and can get a decent one at Honeywell, go for it but also keep on looking. But have a good explanation ready as to why you want to leave H without disparaging it.
You should not work for Honeywell and you should also discourage anyone you know from working at Honeywell. Tell them just how bad it really is. Honeywell doesnt deserve talented and motivated employees with the way they treat them.
They want you to recruit your friends and colleagues.
Like you would have to really hate your friends or be a really sick person to actually do that.
Oh it gets better. Even before RIF, as a principal eng with 30 plus years at HON and a masters, I, a software engineer, got sent mech eng positions and internships.

Yeah, I tried Honeywell Talent Community too, and I got similar results.
I entered specific job search criteria/constraints for work in Phoenix/Glendale area, and then Honeywell Talent Community just indiscriminately sends me supposed matches, but for jobs all over the world and in all disciplines.

maybe this heralds the upcoming transition of Honeywell to a Software-only powerhouse.
