How long were you a Cisco employee if you don't know how to contact HR? Did you NOT get any paperwork as part of your termination? Almost every document had who to contact if you had questions.
Yeah, amen to that. This is one employee that will not be a loss. It’s amazing how many supposedly functioning adults there are that do not seem to be capable of reading or performing basic tasks.

Call the help desk # and choose the option for HR. Call the main # that's publicly published to get an operator and ask to be forwarded to HR if you don't know the number for the help desk. Hell, email your manager and ask him to reply with how to contact HR. Surely you know his email address.
Geez, think for yourself instead of being spoon fed. You're either a troll or someone who needed to be laid off. Did you not think to get a list of phone #'s or email addresses during your last 30 days in case you might need them? I still have Cisco's HR phone # as a contact nearly 4 yrs later. And I'll keep it as long as I'm on their retiree medical access plan (RMAP) and/or have shares of stock purchased through ESPP in case I have questions.

I should have received severance pay Oct 30th and still nothing, also they never submitted my record of employment to government of Canada so I cannot claim Ei either.
I just checked by bank - nothing yet.
I saw a post it said nov 19th.
