What happens when all the associates start testing positive in your club? What are we supposed to do? This week alone our club mgr..assistant mgr..a team lead and several hourlys all came back positive.

It’s just the flu
This company needs to require all people wear a mask before entering. No Mask, No Service. Cases are surging in California, 41counties in the worst tier. This is ridiculous. And our club is dirty, especially the restrooms and the breakroom. People are pigs, associates and member alike.
Our club was deep cleaned, fumigated overnight and associates were given access to free testing
But then you see the same lack of vigilance in the club, particularly in the break room and the back room
The club will never close. EVER.
Contact your county and state health departments asap.
lol, our "deep clean," was stocking shelves. Everyone was merch for a day and a half.
we were told if more than 3 people out for covid they shut your club down.
Nothing you can do. The company dont give a flying duck about our health. They are only worried about the profit. Money money money!!! Go go go
When it gets to a certain level they will probably close for a day and a half. The club would be deep cleaned. The closed day would be total stocking of the club. People that normally do other jobs would become merchandisers for the day .
You just work short handed they don't give a sh– about you're health or the members health all the care about is making money
99% chance they are going to be just fine. No reason to live in fear.
