Layoffs are coming, we all should be grateful to have a job blah blah and the dead wood will still be there
Why is every body on here. So b–chy. We all should be lucky we have a job. And theres working coming in . Does it matter who does what. With covid we all should be thankfull we are still living. Stay cool and enjoy ur xmas break . Happy hols from the boss .

I got moved off there. Because i did not fit it with the boys or go drinking with the bosses. Its how it rolls on there im happy now .
The bosses are not arsed. Up there if ur one of the glen boys u can sit down all day and read papers while us workers do some work. Its allways been the same up there . Nothing will ever change unless or new boss sorts it happy hols every 1 .

Whilst Greengate closing is unlikely, unless of course it’s sold, just remember what they did to the R&M factory in Springfield. Closed a long time now because they didn’t like to way the unions controlled the place. Obviously Greengate union doesn’t come Into this but the shop floor attitude and selfishness will have a detrimental effect including on any new owners.......think on!
