I didn't even think it was possible for AT&T to fall this low, but here we are. People who have been here for decades, who have given this company their all are being used, stepped all over, and then shown the door like they never existed. Transition after restructuring after transition and so on. All with the goal of getting rid of those who did the most for this place. All done by useless leaders who have only made this company worse and less valuable. Shameful.

It all started with the wire tech’s, the managers harassed and intimidated daily. Now they do it to everybody and the union officers side with their management “buddy’s” because they want easy work and get out of doing installs so they can go home on time or early everyday. Everybody knows this is true if willing to admit. If agree or disagree tell us your opinion if you got any guts. Guts is enough.
Agree entirely. I’ve seen it happen with the most talented people. They deliver, bosses take credit, and then they get punched in the stomach by the bosses. Done. Just do the min and collect a check. Work on finding something new or a new path.
yep I saw that back in 2016 and is why I left on my own. I respect myself to stay at a cesspool company like att.
