Never have five words ever sounded more absurd than these posted on LinkedIn to the new Chief Marketing and Growth hire. KSK, there is no "family". Just a bunch of self-serving, greedy C-Levels that will take any new ideas; call them their own and then completely muff their execution. You have 24 months at best before they roll you out the door. Collect your big check. Tell Stinky and Team that they are awesome. Brush up on your PowerPoint skills and use lots of really big MBA words that will get parroted by Stinky and Mo in their townhalls. how many marketing wizards are needed around here?
There is no new thinking in this place., just finding ways to cut cost instead of increasing sales/revenues. Sad as it used to a good place to work.
