Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Most applicants for USD positions are from HON locations outside the country

Are things really that bad at HON Europe and India ? Well over 90% of applications being received for HQ jobs are from outside the country and ALL want to relocate whereas domestic applicants don't want to move from Indiana or Chicago. Big opportunity for domestic applicants around Charlotte

Is it legal for a nonprofit to sponsor tech visa’s? I don’t think it works that way

HIPAC just purchased more H1B visas - You should increase your contributions!

Since there's no way to climb the technical ladder, why not stay somewhere with low cost of living? Hoosiers aren't so bad when you get to know them.

Who in their right mind would want to relocate for a HON job? Applicants from other countries have most likely not tasted the 'Honey' at HON and are assuming their boss will be asleep during work hours.

Law Of Attraction
Honeywell corp is attracting the workforce they favor.
Otherwise known as... the recruitment ads were cheaper overseas.

Charlotte sounds better than my site. The s-x offendeds in the parking lot creep me out. I am going to apply.

Yeah but who wants to move to Charlotte? Wish HQ was still in Minneapolis.
