Yes you can Sue for company bad decisions if you can find an attorney to take it. You can sue for most anything. The question you should ask is can you win a suit not can you sue. One thing I have learned in my job is give your customer, internal and external, what they need not what they ask for. Internally we have some very stupid sales, customer service, installers and engineers who don't know what they need and ask for the wrong thing

Only shareholders who can show substantial loss on company stock have any claim against the company. Directors cannot be held liable individually for anything. There are lots of chaser law firms out there advertising they have class action against the company, looking for customers.

It depends on how much company stock that you own,but you would have to have a very persuasive attorney who will end up owning 33 percent of your stock! You would be better off trying for emotional stress!

Pretty sure they’re just like government elected officials that constantly make bad decisions and aren’t held accountable, they’re just VOTED out of office. Same with the BOD, if you’re a stock holder, just vote them out next time you receive your ballot.

Unless it rises to the level of negligence, no.

File all you want, 6 months from now, so I can cash out my 401k and pension first.
