It's only a matter of time before we are hit with layoffs once again, so I've been searching for a new job just in case. But let me tell you, it's slim pickings out there. What is available, comes with a significant reduction in pay. Am I missing something? Where are people who are quitting (there's been quite a few) going?

Is this micromanaging our new work falsity, I’m finding it unbearable and intolerable because the high expectations are on employees and not the actual healthplan , logistics, IT or management quality.
I agree, there's not much out there depending on what state you live in. I think you might be right about additional layoffs. Something's coming where we will all be extremely micromanaged.
there's so many places out of there. davita, optdum, wellbees, just smile, tell em what they want to hear, smile again, and be in with the leadership.
