Are people with Needs Improvement (NI) and Need Significant Improvement (NSI) gone by the end of October or the year end 2020?
Are PIPed folks gone by end of year ?

NSI and PIP are just a ruse to get rid off people. XOM is being dishonest. Instead of laying off people because they are in a financial bind they are using these ruses. Such a foolish way to get rid of people. Who are they fooling? No one is dumb enough not to see what they are doing. I guess when the management is as dumb as they are they might be thinking that others are dumb enough not to see what PIP and NSI are.
Yes. Those that got the PIP will be gone. Also, only those with NSI and a few with NI got the PIP. Not all NI will be let go.
There is literally a ton of PIP questions in this form.. Spend the 2 mins looking for the answer to this question next time..
Dude, this is why you got the "NI or NSI". Do some research, don't wait for the performers to carry you across the finish line.
