you know things are rough when vulture capitalists like elliott are gone in a flash
they don't believe in the strategy or the leadership (Stankey, Chow and Mcelfresh, Arroyo) so they cashed out fast

The big dogs are Vanguard and Blackrock. When they leave, then there is a problem.

OP is wrong, Elliott Management has not left.
Most probably wouldn’t have liked it if they had done what venture capitalists typically do. Immediately raid the pension fund, cut or shut down every business that isn’t turning a profit, etc. I would imagine they proposed ideas that will be implemented over time but not the immediate slash and burn that has been the normal mode of operation.
Had ATT committed to what they do best, they would have had the Fiber Network built out by now. Broadband Sales are thru the roof as Home Schooling and Working continue to evoke
Elliott left because Stanky is stinky, Mcelfresh smells like stale ham and cheese, and Chow ate all the chow.
I think that they have 5,000,000 still.
AT&T Has Fooled The Press, investors like Elliot, And Public Into Believing It's Building A Massive Fiber Network That Barely Exists..LOL
I don’t think they are fully out yet. From the articles I saw, I’d say they sold back 30%. But they are still playing the options game with T.
Wow. When your t–d of a corporation stinks so bad that not even the dirtiest of vulture capitalists will touch it, you've got a problem.
not sure why they got involved in the first place I would not touch att with a ten foot pole or buy any services from them.
