Culture is words and deeds. The culture is telling Wall Street all goals are met and shortchanged employee bonus, due to not all goals are met. The culture is promoting incompetence to all level of management, oppress talent to leave or retire in place.

T in Mexico is a culture of :
- Nepotism : promoting (very) incompetent people and recycling bad leadership i.e. venezuelans, and clans of legacy companies like Nextel
- Unproductiveness : CIO dogging his responsabilities, not being able to respond to business requirements while using T's time to complete his c-appy mbas; the hole company just wont care about idling investment here.
- Customers, service, innovation : what the f— is that?
- Cover gender quotas, it looks good
