Will the next big GTI RIF be October or March?
Just heard from my manager I have been laid off. 45 day notice period starts. Getting severance in line with policy.

Plain and simple s-x sells and the hiring manager has eye candy. Sad just sad. Wish it were different.

What is overlooked is the role, for example take a look at the the recruiters in technology at JP Morgan, I know a 26 year old major in Arts, white, and single female, her first job recruiting in technology in senior positions, how this can be?
Based on the the trajectory of the inventory in my group, it’s inevitable that they will have to lay people off in November/December/January.

I heard the big RIF's are done for this year from my Manager. I was impacted in the Aug round
As long as it’s a corporate job, there will be a possibility for layoffs. It’s just how they work.
