Are they trying to sell it or just spin it out and retain ownership?

There is no money to sell Security Services for Sales folks - It is MORE REWARDING TO SELL HARDWARE so it will just quietly shut down.
Spin out? I doubt that.. It's a red hot market, even with sh–ty products (FTD looking at you), they still have a good market share. Also - It would be hard to seperate what a security product is vs a core product.
