Try to unionize and they will fire you immediately. Not just you but your entire department will be axed. Corporate already has a playbook to follow if their employees try to unionize and it isn't pretty.
Generally union busting takes care of unionized employees first.

Very few if any employment protections, safety nets, or employee rights. Metaphor: Your the tenant living in a slum, while the landlord gets another billion. the american workers are hamster wheeling into oblivion.
