Thread regarding Hertz layoffs

We should not be trying to keep this leadership

Couple million to keep lousy leaders onboard in the grand scheme of things IS something. They broke it, no need to reward them in excess to what they already lined their packets with for retention bonuses paid. If they are not working for the best interest of their company and their coworkers now, let them leave. Shows their commitment to fixing the mess they participated in creating. Good luck to the next company that gets these worthless wannabe leaders.

"The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy."—Martin Luther King, Jr.

Perfectly stated, @lkq+17bODLdd.

So the incompetent leadeship that got us to this point is again reccomending incetive pay to keep the incompetent leaders in place to continue to k–l the company- makes sense to me.

It is absolutely imperative to get more bonus money to the top 10 leaders in the company to creative an incentive to fix our company. Pay now or liquidation is on the horizon.
