How do you go about discussing hourly rate with your associates. With our front end/carts getting $15 along with our click n pull associates my team has become super salty. I honestly don't blame them!
My associates stock the club, work all hot items in, work mixed pallets, test scan, OYI, resets, member service, but also get the pleasure of having to do carts, click n pull, door breaks when needed.
For a long time they did so without question, but now since the announcement I'm met with "So I have to do a job that someone else gets paid more to do plus I still have to do my job?"
