If you accept an MVO, do you have to complete the year’s required compliance training, to qualify for any bonus that may be paid next year, for 2020?

The post below brings up the issue of performance reviews, which are done at the end of the year, but delivered to the employee the following year.
If an MVO requires you to leave by Dec. 31st, will they still go through the performance review, which process typically begins around the middle of November?
Nope. Once your MVO has been ACCEPTED by the company, you are off the hook For anything that is due after you are gone. Those only count against you at review time. If you are leaving soon, you won’t be around for a performance review next year, right? The only exception would be if your bonus was officially tied to your bonus goals (which isn’t the same as performance review goals). I’ve never heard of such a goal being part of bonus goals.
Sounds like a trick question, where is the MVO?? In any case, agree with other poster, just do the courses so there is no doubt. Why take the risk
If you do, it's really not that difficult. Just do it and move on.
