most stores are being taken over by prime and will be converted by NOV/DEC
reps are given options to move to another store if available OR be given option to do work from home as a customer care rep.
good news, reps won't be out of a job unless they want to take severence. I'm also sure prime will need to hire a ton of people and reps will probably be in a position to take over a job with less pay but maybe more commission?
fk this is not good.....prob prop up some demo stores and then have customers order online to get phone in the mail?
