Our store phone quota increased 43% month over month. Good stuff! What does everyone else's store look like versus the previous month?

I hope you noticed that the survey kpi went from 87% to 92% this month from last month to get a 1.5 multipliers! So last month the bad surveys were from phone content not being done.so I'm asking our miserable customers if they know their iPhone login and passwords if they do ill take an hour too stare at their phone with them while content transfers. Verizon doesn't want us to do it at the store during the purchase but to set up an appointment they cannot do it at home. The company knows what the threshold of survey scores are. This company just keeps taking every Nicole and dime. Survey shouldn't be a factor regarding the commission structure.
I keep hearing Iphone launch as the reason/excuse quota is insanely high. Ask your SM to pull up their commissions from 2019 Sept/Oct and look at how much the stores new line quota was. 2019 without covid19, touchless, low traffic, having to kiss but for a survey and actually having a staff we needed like 30 new lines each rep in 30 days for a 1.0, Now with touchless, low traffic, covid19, low staff and everything else we only need 75 new lines per rep in 30 days to hit a 1.0, all while kissing the customers butt to get the most important good survey. Also do you really think that inventory of phones is going to be high? Back ordered first day online and in store. Stores only receive the most basic models that no one wants. People who are to inept to order online come to store and complain that we are out by 12pm

They want to go back to pre covid volume during mid pandemic.
