I still feel the loss of coworkers who were laid off by this company over 2 weeks ago. I just want you to know you are truly missed by those who have worked beside you over the years. You were a mentor to some, an inspiration to others - and the loss of you all is felt deeply. Those that remain are sharing in your sorrow, anger, and feelings of helplessness. I for one wish you nothing but the best and hope you find it.

I promised to stay off this site after the first couple days but I just couldn't. It is so sad some of the postings and some are positive. This is the 2nd time in my life that I have been laid off. It doesn't get any easier. You have all the questions including the big one "Why me" and of course there are no good answers. I am appreciative of my co-workers and feel bad for those that are still at RJ. They are not going to have it easy for a long time.
