I actually believed that First Net might just be a huge win for the company. I literally cannot believe that the id–t “leadership team” bungled this the same as everything else. I mean, what the hell kind of company is this?

Might want to look at the FN again. Not sure that’s correct, OP.
There is not proper training for First net reps or the ones who catch their overflow. The CSP articles are horrible. have to read for 5 mins to help the customer and in the end file a ticket!! Why do we have to constanlty file tickets for the local control
the new FN reps do not know anything!!
FirstNet still is a great win. We implemented it VERY poorly. I cannot believe how stupidly we architected it both from network standpoint as well as IT ..
Mobile phone gaming with micro transactions is the growth industry of the next decade . It would be very smart to jump on this gravy train .Little kids asking mom and dad for 10 dollars every day to buy magic potions and mystical swords is a 100 Billion dollar industry and growing fast .
This is ridiculous, firstnet is doing phenomenally well and driving postpaid increase in a way that the core business hasn’t been able to in a decade. They’re actively taking away market share in a market that was almost exclusively Verizon.
