So many Director+ people hired from outside Ford. left Ford in no time. I think after joining they realized what a facade we put up for outsiders

@urk I dont know about the first part of your statement, but the second part is spot on. Some of us are dancing in the streets about that guy getting the boot.
TS is a ladder climber and is simply looking for his next leg up. When he joined Ford, I told my colleagues, he would be gone onto his next stop within 24 months. He was NEVER going to stay at Ford.
What did TS do that Shanks hadn’t done already?
Never expected Stone to last long. Huge waste of money on Ford’s side
Shanks gave him a 6 month education to get him up to speed, and his underlings did all the work
The Lemmer retirement was a good move. Hope it is back filled with someone of substance.
TS left Snap after a very short time, so not at all surprised he didn't stay long at Ford. He probably saw that Ford wasn't going to top his time at Amazon.
Never know - could be Farley has a close Friend, Family or Favorite in mind for that job. That's how things work in the real world. . .
