Leadership MIA every summer.
Maybe we'll get a couple months of work done in this fall before they go MIA in Spring again...

Nothing like having to bust your a– on a project that you need to make you look good for your performance review (so your manager can look good in his/hers) and it fizzles because some VP who needed to sign off on it decides to go AWOL for the summer. Maybe walking 1/4 mi. to your building and seeing the reserved lot just feet away 95% empty.
They be off in the next Uigur fields looking for the savings.
Got to see the world to rule it.

It really makes no difference of they are around or not - we still do the work the anyway. I prefer them to be MIA because that means less PowerPoints, status, and dumb–s ALL HANDS sh–.
