Here’s my team’s weekly staff meeting agenda for the past year:
1) Service anniversary, birthdays, General announcements
2) Time recording Webster/PMT - charge carefully; no budget
3) Stay on top of the BS mandatory training
4) Sharing ideas for cost-cutting
5) Continued staff reductions possible each quarter
Does this sound like the goings-on in a healthy company?
Same. Every call is always threatening if you miss training your rating may come down.. blag blah.. service anniversary, birthday, and then they have an agenda item called covid 19.. really...
Our DTV Team is being told it's 2014 and we haven't yet been destroyed by T so lets get out there and sell satellite TV and WOW our customers with our 6 year old technology and if we all hold hands and sing kumbaya then the good times will come again.
