they got rid of the asm position years ago, we did just fine without it. Then they brought it back along with the greeter position....... so ya, history can repeat itself. Just wait and see.
How do you figure? Yea asm’s in stores that are closing/ move to AR, not stores that are staying open. There is no way a busy COR location can run successfully with just one RSM. Stop spreading BS
This is true, been in the works a long time, as well as closures of high rent, low profit locations. The move to AR and online has been in the plan for years. I knew this, nobody believed me. Thought I was a conspiracy theorist. I don’t wish anyone to lose a job in this economy, so if those ASMs wanna stay, prepare to step down to RSC to buy yourself time, or take the severance (if you’ve got enough time in it’s a good amount of money). If you’re under 10 years it’s not much. It’s not the end of the world, it may be hard to get the same pay on the outside but if you work at it you’ll find something even better.
