Many people in my club have asked why specialist is getting paid $16, more than any other associate really just for doing exit door and self checkout. Is there someone out there can answer this question ...

Ours stand there do nothing. It's stupid and they do not deserve more than merchandisers club pick up it cashiers. At out club they literally do NOTHING.
That job is worthless. Ours aren't allowed to have override numbers. They don't do anything more than the people who worked the job a year ago did.
Because they will be replacing the MSS soon! They already have the override option. MSS will soon be gone!
I hear alot of complaining but no one is willing to unionize and for all of you that are going to tell us how you dont need anyone talking for you thats because you are not the one who didnt get a raise.
Every one needs to do their job and stop worrying about what others make. Life is not fair and you best get used to it.
They do audits at our club as part of their job.
In my club everyone is doing everything! Pay race is a joke!! as a matter of fact a manager was trying to send one my cashier co worker to watch the gas station!
With more money comes higher expectations. Exit greeters will need to step it up and start catching all of the merchandise that is going out the door without being paid for. They are not just upping pay without expectations.
Because they save sh– tons of $ from being lost from the club
