LOL. Xerox is getting laughed at trying to show up to the tech company race in a track suit, tub socks and the latest Turntec shoes. It has been comical following the Company's strategic moves for the last 30 years. Xerox cant even find the so called track because there is no track. When will Xerox realize no one is even running anymore? They are racing drones and their virtual avatars are racing against each other. Yet Xerox is doing their calisthenics and keeps trying to find the track.

Good environment person is the reason X s—s. Complacency at its finest, content just to receive a reduced paycheck, no self worth, no skills or ambition to seek employment elsewhere or ambition to make positive change within X. Just going thru the motions. How doesn't a downward spiral make you want to regurgitate your breakfast? Fake reality is the world X lives in. And is getting lapped by other companies. Yet X thinks it is winning the race against the competition, yet in reality it appears that way because X is left running a race on a deserted tracked. The race has moved on but X is resistant to change and take a hard look in the mirror. They cant admit it because the stock would crash. So a strategy of empty promises, smoke shows and eroding any brand value is the trade off for faking the operating results to preserve the dividend. Shareholders think they are getting a great return with return of cashflow, but its pennies on the dollar they are receiving compared to the true value decline of the company.

Whoever posted they are in a good environment, you must be blind
This company is a complete sh–show
Nobody is really in charge
Offshore just does what they want, they hide details of who actually works and what they do, they take 1 day to get something done that should take 5 minutes
The reports HCL sends to the powers that be at Xerox are completely altered, they have Xerox thinking they are getting all the work done when in reality it's still being done by those left on shore.......the accounts receivable debt owed to us by customers is staggering, the QA reports are bogus, it's actually quite comical reading their accuracy rates of 95 to 100% knowing it's more like 40 to 50%.....I could go on and on.....

Good environment? What department do you work in? Can I transfer to your group?

I feel bad for those in the so-called cores, but there is a heck of a lot more to Xerox than that. As another post said here, we're busy in other areas and have a good working environment, other than the lack of raises for years and now the 401K change.

BS - busier than ever for those of us who don’t talk about core’s ever 5 seconds.

XBS needs to clean-up in sales. Too many reps floating bye, sickens me they are getting paid 50k+ staying home and we have furloughed techs that make little and hold more value.

I am certain to the OP that it will be D day. They are so podunk at the cores that 1-10 ppl getting let go rocks their world. When TRUE XEROX people think D day they think entire operations getting gutted like payroll, procurement or technicians/service or supply chain or others like it. You’re not real xerox if you haven’t seen a day when thousands of people were let go WW. Those are D days. This other small stuff is called right sizing and it’s done all over the industry.

Yet again, another complete BS post. 95% of what is posted here is completely made up. Once in a while you get a tidbit that is real.
