Does anyone have a generic number that I can reach HR at if I was let go? I don’t want to reach out to my previous manager

My sup told me to expect the vacation payout a month after last day on payroll. So if PIL was through end of Oct, I would expect end of Nov.
I took the PIL and my last day was July 23rd. My supervisor told me then that my vacation would be paid out on October 25th.
It'll be paid out once you're off of payroll, which is sometime in October. I wouldn't expect it until late October-November.
Contact hr. They might have missed it.
