An associate that took advantage of the no points system has already figured out how to get her weekend off ! Sit in the car with a hot hand warmer pressed to your forehead, then come in and get scanned for fever and presto! 99.5 fever, enough to be sent home and told not to come in until fever is gone.

not at my store. my coworker still had to come to work even though our management knew that her friend that she was just with 3 days ago tested positive for covid. they told her she had to come in. oh and guess what few days later that employee also tested positive for covid.
We ask them to stay 30mins inside and then scan them again. Thanks but that don’t works. Nice idea tho

This person has been here for one year, always has excuses, first it was college she needed time to study for tests so manager took off points for her, she flunked out of college for the 2nd time. Next it was to take care of her sisters child, always on weekends. And then she hit the jackpot with the no point policy and took off once a week. So now she is faking a fever, I was hoping that we could finally hire a person we could depend on.
If Sam’s stole your 192 hours sick time and personal time take that paid Corona vacation and don’t fill bad about it. I’m sure they didn’t fill bad taking from you.
