I’m done. I’m picking when I go. I can only imagine how bad it will be for those who stay. You’ll be doing the work of two or three people. No raises for years. Just waiting until someone decides the BTC can do your job or your asset is divested. If this is a family it is dysfunctional at best and more likely abusive.

My spouse and I are working on paying everything off. We know the end could be near.

If you are waiting for a package keep dreaming. Will never happen in the US
They will not pay us to leave. It's sad, but the reality. They will do the least they can do that the law allows.
I am basically thinking the same thing almost. However, I want them to pay me to go. It is only a matter of time. My wife and I were talking, and we are trying to come up with our exit strategy. It's basically a race to the bottom. I wish we would have invested in new revenue opportunities when we had the funds. However, we wasted it and gave it all back to the shareholders.
