In order to secure your position in EM, it is important to find and li$k a GodFather or GodMother, failing which, you won’t last long in the organization. He has found a GodMother who always leaked out management news to him. Shame on his GodMother, always put herself under spotlight.
Does it matter? If you’re not in the right click no matter what the metric is you’re out. Better hope you have a sponsor or get out while you can. Pick your time to leave rather than be told.
