What a joke. We have culture advisors now? Fire them all. They just stroke the ego of executives and rephrase questions to be softballs. They also have an annoying habit of restating what the exec said thinking it makes them look intelligent or something.

When did we start making up roles like culture advisor? Likely we will keep this joke of a person to advance our VPs slides and fire actual engineers doing work. Why can’t VPs read the questions themselves and run their own zoom meeting. Everyone else can.
There was a culture advisor on my call today who felt the need to add to and summarize what the VP said. So pathetic. None of us want to hear from you. Just read the questions for the VP and make sure slido works since our management is so inept they can’t even wipe for themselves.
Similar to Organization Effectiveness.. no real practicality.. and can be outsourced
