Hi Chevron! What is the company U.S vacation policy? Please and thank you!

If you don’t like it, you are free to take a permanent vacation.
Many employees now get 52 weeks of vacation.
You get 5 days a year and have to work weekends, all major holidays, your birthday, your family’s birthdays, and your wedding anniversary. No exceptions...
The two weeks for the youngest is sort of cold. Basically no time off once you visit the folks at Xmass and have a couple of child care days off. They do have bonding and some medical off for helping family, which is a big help, but everyone should just get four weeks as the more experienced already get lots of other seniority perks. I get five weeks these days, but really needed them much more when I was younger and had kids still at home.
The work is so light at Chevron that you almost don’t need any time off.
Chevron is not hiring at the moment, actually the reverse
Yes, you get 6 weeks at 30 years. Also they will honor industry service for vacation credit, but it's adjusted downward. For example, if you have 17 years of industry service and start working at Chevron then you are adjusted to 10 years vacation service credit (4 weeks) and will not receive the 5th week until you have been at Chevron for 10 more years (at 27 years industry service).

Not really sure what your asking. But I’ll try to explain what I remember. (I’m might be off on some of them)
If your straight out of college they usually give you 2 weeks.
At 5 years it goes to 3 weeks.
At 10 years, 4 weeks
I think at 20 years you get 5 weeks and it might cap out there. You might get 6 weeks at 30... I can’t remember for sure.
You are suppose to use your vacation every year. No rolling over, although, I know some who have done it before. If you have a bunch of vacation when your leaving the company they will pay it out.
