Nothing U.S. or American about it anymore. No appreciation for those with decades of loyal service. Just outsource to "offshore" cheap labor hourly rate turks that don't care about the brand, don't know the industry, say what you want to hear. All those smiling faces, lying to the races. Smart, dedicated, loyal people are too expensive, so the bean-counters give the jobs to crooks who promise what you want and show you pretty powerpoints and then take much longer to deliver half the requirements and nothing works because they didn't understand and everyone's pointing fingers at others. Rotting from the core. 5th largest scam in the country. This company is eating itself alive and will collapse soon enough. Those who got notice should take the blessing in disguise for what it is. You're getting paid to leave the sh– show. Why would you want to stay?

We had a good run with Richard Davis. He invested in technology but didn't let TOS go into overdrive like we've seen in the last 4 years. I'm definitely grateful I've been rescued from what I see as a ship without a rudder. Things are spinning out of control and it was really hard to log on every day knowing how nothing is getting fixed with this BS Agile mentality. I will say this, they have the Fail Fast - Fail Often part down but they need help ending the stories. Good luck to everyone who now has to take up the slack.
This could not be MORE true. And it happens every October. Definitely is NOT.. "US" bank. Ridiculous. Does anyone know if more layoffs coming?
