As someone who personally asked for the package, I can wholeheartedly say it’s for the best. After talking with multiple people who are still in the organization, it sounds like the demotions/promotions that are being given are causing a lot of upset. Regardless, I’ve had a great time with PXD even though the entire time I was there, upper management played (and continues to play) favorites and only promotes you if you kiss butt. Good luck to all of you still there! Scott will be forced to sell eventually

Yea the butt kissing and playing favorites is a little to much. Wish I had gotten it myself their is no diversity in this company!! Very very sad.
