Yes layoffs have started. The first round was last month around the third week. I was laid off. Have received my separation agreement docs. Sent the signed docs but have yet to receive my severance.

Do you mean there are going to be more layoffs round ?
The agreement is sent 5 business days after your official separation date and there is limited time to sign it, depending on your age. If your under 45, it’s a quicker timeline. (A week or so?) If you’re over 45, you have longer and you also have a time period after that, to change your mind if you do sign it.
May i ask how soon you returned the signed separation agreement?
