Has anyone heard anything about this? Or is this branch going to be alive and well now that Farley and Lawler are taking over?

Well said!
I had heard closer to 10 percent laid off
Well, when we shut down Chariott, nobody got laid off. All 625 employees "offered positions within Ford." I'd be interested in knowing how successful their next assignments were.

Maybe Ford is a sh–show. That's why these CEO's just get the hell out after they realize the mess they are in.
Case in point - TransLoc, Tim Stone, Chariot Ceo (Ali something), Raj Rao ceo.
As my dad (a doctor) used to say - After trying to revive a person in coma for about a year and being sure that no matter what, the patient is not going to survive, a good doctor should consider advising relatives about pulling the plug.
Ford is in coma - one should just put it to sleep. An individual cannot do that, so they just leave.
Has to happen, losing over a $Billion per year is simply unsustainable. Smart Mobility has their cart before the horse.
Companies like Transloc are a sh– show. Fired 2 CEOs
So any day now, since we are in the 4th qtr?
18% cuts across the department starting in 4th quarter 2020.
That is what I heard!
