Legacy T was heavily invested in WFH, SBC not so much, until March.

I’m working harder than ever and making less working from home. People in sales have basically turned into a call center without all the gadgets. Worried about getting fired when half my group isn’t even close to goal.

T had a big blood letting for remote workers who weren’t close to a hub. Now I see my bosses bragging about working remote from the beach or the mountains. Ain’t that something.

Scumbag employee calls company incompetent, then in the same breath admits to stealing a paycheck from the same company. Can’t make this stuff up.

Most of the last 15 years my team and I have been almost 100% virtual. I get a lot of work done and have a better work/life balance. It’s a shame that it required a pandemic for T to realize WFH works for the majority of people and positions.
