ER deadline shift to late October?

Has anyone in a sales/SE role heard that the ER decision was extended to late October? I did from two people. It's unclear if that means a new round of LRs will be needed in late October to account for the ER candidates who do not accept and stay. Anyone know?

This is what I heard about sales too. It's unclear if enough ER people stay that more LRs will be needed.

To answer, yes some 'sales' roles that had the original ER offer with a final day of 10/5 were offered to post-pone that date and work through the end of Q1 (10/24) with a final day then being 10/26.

No change to the offer - it just means continued regular employment through the end of Cisco Q1 to focus on closing sales (and get paid commissions on them).

At either point in time (10/5 or 10/26) these ER people can chose to withdraw from program and continue regular employment... or sign papers electronically and then have a 7-day right of rescission period from that date.

Yes, I am one of 'them'

A few people had extended exit dates.

It's possible they are just getting to stay longer but the decision is already locked in from October 5. Can't get an answer so far.

What concerns me is that, if true, this proves Cisco can't even do lay-offs right.
