You guys have no idea, there has been massive layoffs in IOL for months now. Good for them though, they have much better severance like 1 month pay for each year for service.

Likely F&L. It was mentioned during current US call that they just got off one with Canada.
What Canada forum? Was this Upstream, Downstream, Corporate, EM Canada East? Many Canada employees had attended general Americas forums yesterday, so may want to clarify exactly what forum you're referring to.
Discussion was Europe is cutting 10~15% which is in line with what our competitors are doing.
