In CSR (Corporate Strategic Research, Clinton, New Jersey) there is direct relation - if you are good looking plus miserably useless you make your way to section-head positons or some sort of area leader position. Courtesy of corrupt forces in action there from vP to every single manager, lab director and sectdionheads. All without exception are worthless who will not be hired anywhere else once they are laid off

You might want to dyebthise gray hairs, whiten the teeth, and ditch the glasses before taking that photo. Over 40's are going first... bye-bye!

Indeed...org charts with pics are making a fast return. Are pics going to be another added criteria for staff reduction now? What’s next? Come on...time is running out. DW said it would be in this years plan...

Wishful thinking. I haven’t uploaded a photo in 15 years and suddenly it is being asked for with repeat reminders.

Unnecessary conspiracy theory. Supervisors always remind their people who still haven’t done it to have a pic and updated info on their career connect, identity manager, MySite and Skype.
